Mathieu Leblanc, Director, Partner Network & Business Development of SherWeb, explains that sales commissions under the current Microsoft Advisor Program will be ending June 30th, 2017.
If the partner wants to keep making commissions, they can now easily move their tenants under their SherWeb partner account. SherWeb will give them 15% monthly commissions for the first twelve months and 5% for the life of the account.
Since not every MSP or VAR has the same business model, SherWeb offers 4 different partner programs. It can be a white label program so SherWeb is completely invisible to the end customer. SherWeb still offers its full support by allowing partners to leverage their professional services as their own such as training, portal, migration services and dedicated ongoing 24/7 support. They also offer a new program called Valet Service whereby SherWeb can support the end customers under the partner’s own brand with a dedicated PBX and ticketing system with the partner’s image and brand.
“SherWeb does not only sell SKUs or individual cloud services, they sell partnerships. We will actually sit down with partners and build up a plan. We want to make sure partners make money and ensure that the partners are covered for their immediate needs as well as the future. We simplify the cloud for our partners and offer a business proposition that the partners can build a business around their cloud offering. Our tech support is bilingual and based in North America. We offer 24/7 support”, commented Mathieu Leblanc.
If you do not know who SherWeb is, they are one of Microsoft’s top distributors in North America.
